Established in 2008, Grassroot Baseball is and will continue to be tailored to provide
fans with a unique insight into the great American pastime at a homegrown & local level…Focusing on Affiliate and Independent teams across the nation.
Ranging from the Independent Leagues to Triple-A Minor League Affiliates, hundreds
of teams take the field during the cool nights of April, the humid nights of August, and
glory filled nights of the fall. Through countless innings and cheers, players dream of the
“Bigs” and play with a passion that resonates through every pitch and crack of the bat.
Homegrown & local baseball truly defines the game as it is viewed within American culture as the nation’s greatest pastime. The mission of Grassroot Baseball is to commend the efforts and energy of this aspect of baseball as it has been the lifeblood
for the sport’s continued growth and success.
